I give Dr. Driving an 8/10 for its story and originality. There are dozens of driving/racing simulators out on the app stores but Dr. Driving is one of the best among them. I am not the only person claiming this because fifty million other players have already downloaded and played the game. Dr. Driving has a lot of original features and tries to make driving cars as realistic as possible by letting players control the car in the game as if you would a real car. There is no story in Dr. Driving, but in my opinion, you do not need one.
